Refund and Returns Policy
Our faith at home families and customers are important to us! If you have a concern or question about your GodVenture product please read the information below and then email us for further action.
Refunds
If requested, we can provide a refund up to 30 days after purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the original packaging that you received it. You are responsible for the postage to return the item to us.
Please note:
- Downloadable products are NOT eligible for refunds.
- Items will be refunded at the price paid via the original method of payment.
- To complete your refund, we require proof of purchase.
- Shipping costs are not refundable
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know it has been received and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact Paypal or your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Exchanges
If you have received a damaged or defective product, we apologise and we want to replace it as soon as possible. Please email us and explain the situation.
Gifts
Our shop gives the option to send our products as a gift and have them posted directly to someone else. Obtaining a refund or exchange for a gift depends on how you received the product.
If you have received a GodVenture product as a gift that was posted directly from us:
If you are not happy with your gift, you are welcome to return the item (postage paid by you) and have it replaced with something else from our store of equal value.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
