A Year of Thanks

Are you wanting a simple way to be more thankful and experience more joy this year? A Year of Thanks gives you a thank chart for each month. Each chart has a space for each day of that month for you to fill with a picture, symbol or words to express what you are thankful for. There are no numbers on the chart, giving you freedom to use it whenever you choose. I aim to do mine each day, but it’s never that simple, so I just catch up later on by filling in more than one space some days.

I’ve created a matching calendar page for each month of 2025 for each chart in case you’d like to use it as your calendar.

If this is your first time trying out a daily gratitude habit, start by just thinking of one thing each time you use the chart.

If you are wanting to grow your gratitude rhythm, try doing three things.

Whatever you do, DON’T use this chart to beat yourself up for not doing it – it’s supposed to be life-giving.

And if you do get into it, I’m sure you’ll find yourself discovering there’s more to be thankful for than you previously realised.
