February Thanks

Are you wanting a simple way to be more thankful and experience more joy this month? This cute February Thanks gives you a kite to fill for each day this month – fill it with a picture, symbol or words to express what you are thankful for.

There are no numbers on the chart, giving you freedom to use it whenever you choose. I aim to do mine each day, but it’s never that simple, so I just catch up later on by filling in more than one space some days.

If this is your first time trying out a daily gratitude habit, start by just thinking of one thing each time you use the chart.

If you are wanting to grow your gratitude rhythm, try doing three things.

Whatever you do, DON’T use this chart to beat yourself up for not doing it – it’s supposed to be life-giving.
