Have fun choosing and preparing fruit. If possible, arrange to visit a pick your own farm to pick it first!
Look for suitable moments during the preparation to help everyone reflect on what fruit they like and why, and to tell god about this, thanking him for his brilliant creations. Open ended questions are good for this e.g. What do you like best about this fruit?
Alternatively, wait until you’re eating then take it in turns to do a Fruit Eulogy, telling each other and god which fruit you like best and why.
Don’t forget to enjoy eating it too!
To do this with a group, you could have bowls of various fruit available for people to go and choose, prepare and eat the fruit. Give them instructions about reflecting before they start and maybe a quick reminder part of the way through.
