Ramadan Thanks Challenge

Created with the Chaplaincy team at Birmingham Children’s Hospital, this poster gives you a simple way to mark Ramadan at home, in hospital or wherever you are.

The goal is simple: to try and find specific things to be thankful for, daily if you choose, or however frequently works for you.

The poster comes with a set of stickers you can use on the poster. (No people or animals, obvs.)

There are 30 thanks prompts designed especially for Ramadan, as a way of helping lift and sooth people’s spirits even if this Ramadan is a difficult season for them.

The poster is A4 and the prompts continue on the other side, to reduce overwhelm and keep it easy to start.
