Grow some simple seeds and read some Bible stories about seeds.
What do you notice (about your seeds and the stories!)?
We like growing and eating pea shoots because
a) you can grow them very cheaply from dried peas from the cupboard
b) they sprout and grow very quickly
c) they are packed full of nutrients
d) my salad-allergic children will pick and eat them if I leave them in the kitchen 🙂

- The parable of the sower (or the story of the farmer as the NIrV calls it) Matthew 13:1-9
- Creation Genesis 1 (Did you notice what God said about the seeds?)
- Psalm 126:6
- Ecclesiastes 11:6
- Isaiah 61:11
- Matthew 17:20
- John 12:24
