Print-your-own Easter Story Treasure Hunt cards and posters

This is the perfect activity to share the Easter story with children at home, in a group or even an Easter service!

Have fun exploring the Easter story together with this simple-to-put-up treasure hunt.

All the preparation is done for you. You just need to print off the posters, cut out the picture story cards and hide them around your room, home, building, garden or wherever your hunt will take place.

Then invite everyone to find and collect one of each story card and see if they can put them in order to tell the Easter story. If you include the words on the back, there are numbers to help, plus when lined up, the pictures connect together visually like a jigsaw.

The pictures on the eight cards illustrate scenes from the Easter story from Mark’s gospel, starting with Palm Sunday and ending with the empty tomb:

You also get a series of posters to print and put up around your hiding area to help people find the cards. You can add the locations of the next card to these if you choose.
